Rectangular marble top with waterleaf brass-mounted edge, over conforming shallow breakfront case, frieze fitted with a secret release top drawer centered by a mask of Apollo flanked by sphinx and laurel swags framed by paneled banding; a central cupboard door with inlaid marquetry of ribboned floral basket flanked by two paneled bookmatched cupboard doors trimmed in bronze with finely chased gilt caryatid pilasters on square tapering foliate columns, the whole raised on twisted fluted legs terminating in brass caps.
