Plus a second flask listed as 'very rare' on page 493 of American Glass: By George S. and Helen McKearin, #15, an amber flask with eagle and cornucopia measuring approximately 6.75 x 4.25 inches.
Heavy side abrasion on the eagle/cornucopia, no chips, cracks or repairs. The green GIII - 6 has a very large chip at the mouth.
