The standing carved wood figure and lamp post with clockwork mechanism, whistling feature produced by the mechanism operating bellows and musical tubes, the head rotates side-to-side as the song evolves. The maker's mark on the base back side, circa early 20th century. Measures 19.75 x 6.5 x 5 inches.
