The high sided upper crown with relief carving over two glazed doors with mullions and gold stenciled or stamped decoration of meandering vinery in gold on ebonized ground, the projecting base with two drawers having inset pierced carved panels framed in moldings with ebonized face decorated with meandering gold vinery, the whole raised on short cabriole legs and ball-and-claw feet incorporated within a carved scalloped skirt. Measures 69 x 40.5 x 18 inches. Purported provenance to the Studebaker estate, St. Louis, Missouri.
Very good original condition, missing one drawer knob, no damage or repair.
