The six-sided top with carved mahogany cap sits on a cylindrical mahogany case above the letter slot with brass door labeled LETTERS in black enamel over the rounded, piano hinged front door with lock above an outset base having slide-out drawer retaining its original brass pull.
Measures 16 x 9 x 9 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, light wear at several edges.
