198: A 10-INCH 19TH CENTURY STONEWARE CHURN WITH DASHER

The nicely thrown cylindrical stoneware churn, pronounced rounded top rim, Albany slip glaze, nice original wood components with considerable patina from age and use, nice crusty surface on the dasher handle.
Churn body 8 x 4.5 inches, measures 17.25 inches to the dash handle.
Very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or areas of heavy wear.
Provenance: The 45-year collection of Michael and Donna Hayes, West Plains, Missouri.
