353: AN ART NOUVEAU FIGURAL MAIDEN CENTERPIECE

An unusual example of this sculptural centerpiece, the majority of examples do not retain the original glass insert, this example is fitted with a green glass insert cut to fit the figural maidens in unusual finish silvered and in flesh tones with outstretched arms hold their robes up and outward, the back-to-back female figures stand on a leafy organic base, unsigned.
Measures 11.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting a very tiny nick and stress crack area on the rim of the green glass, otherwise very good with strong original painted and silvered patination or finish.
