Titled 'Oscillon No. 1167 (Electronic Abstraction)' and signed with an artist's label. Benjamin Laposky was a mathematician and artist from Cherokee, Iowa. He is credited as the pioneer of electronic art and created the first computer graphics using an oscilloscope and rotating colored filters to create his abstract art.
