43: A 41-INCH SATSUMA VASE ON CHINESE STAND CIRCA 1880

The Meiji period Japanese Satsuma pottery vase with cover, elaborately decorated in polychrome enamels and raised gold decoration, foo dog handles and finial on the high domed cover, raised on three four-toed animal feet.
Through family tradition, the Satsuma vase has been displayed on and will be included with here, a 19th century Chinese rosewood stand, the pierce carved skirt, four legs with carved bat faces at the knee, subtle cabriole leg and claw foot with ball.
Jardinere measures 41.5 x 24 x 15 and the stand is 18 x 124 x 14 inches.
Very good condition throughout, no damage repair or heavy wear.
