376: CLAUDIA PEINA-KALLESTEWA ZUNI MAIDEN FETISHES

A pair of carved elk antler dancers by Zuni pueblo artist Claudia Peina- Kallestewa. The taller of the pair is a Tablita maiden with over forty inlaid stones. The other maiden has twenty eight coral, turquoise and onyx stones. Their robes and hair are intricately carved with great attention to detail. Both are signed 'CP N.'
Measures 3.25 and 4 inches.
Very good condition and free from loss or damage.
