The oval wood container with wire bail handle that doubles as fastener to secure the oval lid with lithographed paper label advertising LAKE KEUKA CATAWBA GRAPES, a 3 1/2 pound container circa 1900.
Measures 4.25 x 11.25 x 5.25 inches.
Very good original condition overall.
