236: A METTLACH PUG MASTER STEIN AND TWELVE TUMBLERS

The paint underglaze decoration of family crests on Mettlach master stein number 2393, impressed abbey mark, full complement of maker's marks and numbering; plus all twelve matching tumblers with the various crests repeated are included, each with impressed abbey mark and numerals 2327 along with the full complement of impressed and inkstamp markings.
The stein measures 14.5 x 7.5 x 5.5 and each tumbler is 5 x 2.75 inches.
Very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, with the exception of two tumblers with minor crazing inside, and one tumbler with a minor chip to the top rim.
