A citrine quartz center stone awash in citrine and thirty .02ct diamond melee gemstones pav?all around and under the main stone and all over the entire top half of the mounting. Stamped markings .750 and an Italian hallmark. Center stone measures 11 x 9 mm, ring size 6.75, weight 16.7 grams.
Two small citrine stones missing from one side, otherwise very good. There is no sign of this ring having been worn.
