A natural Thai sapphire approximately 3.5 carats in weight within a starburst frame of twenty-nine .08ct diamonds for approximately 2.3 carats total weight of round brilliant cut diamonds. Stamped mark inside the band, the center sapphire stone measures 11 x 9 mm, ring size 5.5, weight 12.3 grams.
