A 19th century table top folding stereoscope, probably French, stereo and graphoscope viewing lenses, two lower fixed lenses with wood frame apertures, sliding scroll-cut adjustable card support on brass rod uprights, engraved floral decoration. Measures 3.25 x 9 x 5.25 inches overall.

Very good original condition free from damage, repair, wear or replacements. Generally good condition, optics clear, cosmetically good, latches have lost their tab and so are a bit hard to open.
