A 19th century table top folding stereoscope, probably French, stereo and graphoscope viewing lenses, two lower fixed lenses with wood frames, sliding scroll-cut adjustable card stand with bone tipped uprights, painted floral decoration. Measures 3.25 x 10.75 x 7 inches closed, 3.25 x 10.75 x 12.75 inches open.

Very good very original decoration, chipping around one aperture, otherwise very good free from damage or repair. Very minor cosmetic wear, good - excellent condition. Painted florals also in excellent condition.
