94: A 19TH CENTURY FRENCH FOLDING STEREO GRAPHOSCOPE

A 19th century table top folding stereoscope, probably French, stereo and graphoscope viewing lenses, two lower fixed lenses with wood frame apertures, sliding scroll cut adjustable card stand on brass rod uprights, engraved decoration of French horns with floral festoons and tambourine. Measures 12.5 x 14 x 9 inches open, 4.5 inches high when closed.
