195: AN IMPRESSIVE 21-INCH METTLACH ETCHED STEIN #1498

A large master stein with bands of glazed engraved designs encircling the top above a textured ground with heraldic trophies in high relief and jeweled slip designs encircling a full length etched portrait of a cavalier with weaponry, downturned halberd and a lidded flagon. Incised Mettlach Abbey trademark, numbered 1498 under the base.
