125: DOULTON LAMBETH BISCUIT JAR SIGNED HANNAH BARLOW

Dated 1879, hand-carved pastoral scene of a child and sheep surround the body, silver lid and handle, artist's initials 'BHB' for Hannah B Barlow and another artist 'JLB' along with impressed factory and date marks under the base. Measures 6 x 5.25 inches plus handle and lid finial.
The silver is fully worn from the mounts to the base metal. No chips, cracks or repairs.
