Titled 'Windy Monday' lower left, edition 5/50 lower center, signed lower right, block size 7 x 9 inches, frame measures 16.75 x 15.25 inches. Hattan studied under was a student of Raymond Eastwood, Albert Bloch, Albert Thayer, and John R. Frazier at the University of Kansas, she also studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and she earned a masters degree from Cranbrook Academy of Art. She taught at universities in Kansas and Colorado; the art gallery at Colorado State University is named for her, Clara A. Hatton Galle.
