228: A LARGE 19TH C. KOREAN PORCELAIN DRAGON VASE

A Korean octagonal vase decorated with raised designs of dragons flying in the heavens over waves, the shoulder decorated with six lines of calligraphy in underglaze blue, the unglazed base with an illegible impressed rectangular mark. Measures 13 x 12 inches.
Small firing crack on one side, scattered glaze misses. No chips, cracks or repairs.
