A nice circa 1940 example by the Kansas City muralist and easel painter Signed lower right, canvas measures 18 x 20, frame measures 21.25 x 23 inches. Two of Walter Bailey's murals are at the William Rockhill Nelson Gallery of Art and four are in the Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City.
