369: SEVRES TYPE CELESTE BLEU PORCELAIN CABINET PLATES

Two similar cabinet plates with typical Sevres type French porcelain decoration. The first centered by a painting of a classical maiden with pipes instrument and airborne cherub surrounded by a sky blue rim with raised gold enamels and floral reserves. The image illegibly artist signed and back side with interlocking 'L' mark. the other of similar shape with central painting of and 18th century romantic scene surrounded by gilded decoration and floral reserves, the reverse with interlocking 'L' mark and retailer's mark of Gilman Collamore & Co., New York. Each measure 9.5 inches. Provenance: The Joseph Candioto Trust. We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
Very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs or areas of wear, there are no surface scratches.
