334: A 19TH C. CHINESE CARVED ROSEWOOD CENTER TABLE

The shaped rectangular and waisted top edged in carved beading and inset with rouge marble panel, the shaped apron finely pierced and carved centered with a pair of birds a midst scrolling clouds and interlocking florettes, the four carved monopod legs headed by dragon masks with mouths spilling carved floral motifs and stylized bird's heads terminating in scroll-toed feet, the legs secured with double crossed stretchers.
Provenance: The Joseph Candioto Trust. We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
The top of this piece is loose and can be removed. Otherwise all is intact and without damage. Good condition overall.
