A circa 1900 bronze sculpture with brown patina, the title 'David Le Vainqueur (David The Conqueror)' depicts David standing with drawn sword and one foot on the vanqushed Goliath's head. Signed on the base and marked F. Barbedienne Fondeur. Measures 35.5 inches. Provenance: The Joseph Candioto Trust. We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
Very good condition with excellent original brown patina. There are no issues of damage, repair, oxidation or wear.
