The beautiful non-representational composition celebrating color and visual planes is one of Hochberg's unsigned works. Fresh from the personal collection of Jan Weiner, this painting is documented by photographs and correspondence from the period, along with an affidavit of provenance signed by Jan's son and one time gallery director, Gary Weiner.
Measures 50 x 60 inches.
Very good original untouched condition. There are no issues of major scratches, losses, repairs, in-painting or touch-up.
Provenance: Personal collection of Jan Weiner (1935-2010). Jan represented this artist, and many others, through her galleries in Topeka and Kansas City, Missouri.
