PAIR CHINESE CELADON GLAZE HU FORM VASES WITH ORMOLU

181: PAIR CHINESE CELADON GLAZE HU FORM VASES WITH ORMOLU

A pair of large 19th century Chinese Hu form porcelain vases with celadon crackle glaze and finely cast gold-plated bronze mounts finished with fine detail.
Each vase has been drilled and fitted with lamp hardware. The original tin liners remain, the base of each porcelain vase bears spurious impressed markings of "Qianlong Nian Zhi" (made during the Qianlong era) in iron brown rectangle. Measure 17 x 9 inches each, 34 inches to the finials. Provenance: The Joseph Candioto Trust. We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
Very good condition noting loosening bronze base mount from one and a semi-circle stain to the crackle glaze surface of that same piece. There are no chips, cracks, repairs or issues of wear.
