102: A GOOD QUALITY 19TH CENTURY LOUIS XVI STYLE VITRINE

A fine 19th century mahogany vitrine with gilt bronze mounts. The rectangular rouge mottled marble top above a bronze mounted frieze of blossoming rinceaux, the conforming case of breakfront form fitted with central arched glazed door having shaped corners opening to reveal a glass shelved interior with velvet backing and glazed sides, decorated overall with bronze mounts of ribbons, pendant fruit, floral swags and stiffened leaves, the whole raised on tall toupie feet with foliate sabots. Measures 64 x 47 x 16.5 inches. Provenance: The Joseph Candioto Trust. We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
Very good clean condition free from damage, repair or heavy wear. Very minor evidence of age and use.
