205: A GOOD EARLY 19TH CENT PATRIOTIC THEME POWDER FLASK

Two flasks: the larger embossed on both sides with a federal eagle and clasped hands in a circle of 26 stars (the U.S. was made up of 26 states until 1845) and design of crossed flags and arms with US shield. Plus, a smaller example with embossed shell.
Measures 7.25 x 3.25 and 8.5 x 4 inches.
The smaller with two or three dents, otherwise very good condition, no major wear or repair, great original patina.
