312: A PAIR 19TH C. GOTHIC STYLE SILVER-PLATED ALTAR STICKS

A good pair of 21-inch altar sticks, third quarter of the 19th century, strong Gothic style influences, the multiple metalwork elements begin with the candle platform, hexagonal collars with debossed ornamentation, twist pattern column, additional six-sided fittings with ogivals and a central rod joining all elements to the tripartite base with wood spacer.
Each measures 21 x 9 inches.
Very good condition, noting wear to high points revealing brass base metal, scattered dents and minor bends.
