Signed lower left and dated 44, Benjamin Kopman was a Russian/American artist and worked under the WPA program during the Great Depression, his work is held in all the major U.S. museums.
Sight size measures 16 x 11.5 with a frame of 24 x 19.5 inches.
Apparently the condition is very good. There are no visible issues of damage, repair, stain, discoloration or trimming. This work has not been examined outside the frame.
