129: A GOOD BAKTIARI, WESTERN PERSIA ORIENTAL RUG

The red field with a column of two conjoined stepped blue pole medallions flanked by two columns of four stepped square pole medallions and flowering plants, within an ivory continuous flower head meandering continuous vine and leaf border, similar red outer border, circa 1920.
Measures 70 x 45 inches.
Very good condition, moderate even wear, intact edges with wear to the original outer wrap, beginnings of end wear and extremely minor losses, no stiff spots, no major stain or odor.
