The head with intricate openwork carving of cranes and prunus, additional elaborate openwork carving of birds and blossoms and prunus in multiple levels, the small end with buds and bamboo, the age is unknown, believed to be 20th century.
Measures 5 x 18.5 x 5.5 inches.
Good condition, one broken bird's wing.
