Watercolor on artist's paper, signed and dated lower right. Reynold Weidenaar is primarily known for his print making techniques, original works are scarce. He attended the Kansas City Art Institute around 1939 and won an award for his work around that same time. He is listed as an associate member of the Prairie Printmakers and was a member of the National Academy.
Sight size through the mat measures 14 x 21 inches, the frame is 22.5 x 29.5 inches.
The visible areas of this work are in excellent condition though it has not been examined outside the framing.
