The massive keystone 50 x 49 inches from a tugboat owned and operated by the Pennsylvania Railroad. As an example, USS Pennsylvania R. R. No. 9 was conscripted during WWI as a minesweeper and armed tugboat, Wikipedia states that 'Each railway had dozens of tugs and the harbor (New York Harbor) was a hive of activity.'
Measures 50.25 x 49.25 x 2 inches.
